a breaker keeps tripping, the boiler isn’t heating, water drips from the air-conditioning unit,
the dishwasher reports an error, or no one dares to connect a new hob? Or do you need an annual service?
Fixie is a service focused on fast technical diagnostics, maintenance and minor repairs in Prague and within 30 km.
I arrive, determine the cause of the problem and, if it makes sense, solve it on the spot during a single visit
or recommend the next steps.

A technical specialist, not a universal handyman
This is not a universal handyman service but a technical specialist with a focus on electrical systems,
building technology and property operations. The goal is to resolve the issue quickly and properly,
not to apply a temporary fix.
You can expect formal technical education, lifelong experience in technical building services and facility management,
deep system knowledge and honest communication about what makes economic sense to repair and when it is better
to invest in replacement or a larger intervention.

a large project immediately, I can provide a short technical diagnostics.

This service is also suitable as a first step before a full technical property inspection,

Basic indicative prices
The exact price always depends on the scope of work and the time spent on-site.
The prices below are indicative and help you understand the approximate range before we agree on anything.
Travel costs are charged as a flat fee of CZK 500.
I will arrive within 24 hours at the latest, but in most cases it is possible on the same day, often within a few hours.
Weekends, public holidays, or work after 8:00 PM are subject to an additional fee of CZK 1,500.
Materials will be re-invoiced individually, or your own materials can be used if preferred.
